Author Biography

I,David Sangster,was born on March 21,1965 in the city of Louisville,Mississippi.I´m a graduate of Louisville High.I attended East Central Community College and later transfered to Mississippi State University where I majored in health and fitness. While there, I participated in their athletic program and dreamed of becoming a NFL prospect. Unfortunately, my dream was cut short. Apparently, God had a different path for me to follow. Years later, I discovered my purpose. As a 43 year old minister, educator,and health and fitness trainer, I was inspired by God to write: Revealing Secrets to Breaking Bad Habits as a truth to be accepted and a fact to be understood, rather than an opinion to be debated or an option to be considered.
