Author Biography

The writer was born and raised in Manhattan, N.Y.C. growing up in Washington Heights across from High Bridge Park and overlooking Coogans Bluff, the old Polo Grounds, the Yankee Stadium, and in an area between the Harlem and Hudson Rivers. This location afforded me such exploration of my surroundings. As a young lad, I explored all of Central Park in Manhattan, and the five Borroughs of N.Y.C. This exploration has also taken me to many places around the world. I have traveled to Asia, Russia, most of all Western Europe, Brazil, Israel and all the surrounding countries of the Mediterranean, including Africa. In my travels, I have always looked for culture, with an interest in the people and in their land. My travels, culture by day and self entertainment at night, have rewarded me with a sense to write and to describe my inherent interest to explore and to express my travels.

I reside in a valley between mountains which affords me much nature, and fortunately I have the time to travel and write. I have also camped out in many of my country’s National Parks and throughout Canada. My travels have afforded me a close up of nature and a number of romances which I allude to in some of my chapters.

During my working life, I have been self employed as an Engineer and a writer in the Aerospace and Electro Mechanical fields of Engineering for some fifty years. My experience as consulting or contract Engineer has taken me on a travel to most of the states in my country and Canada. I have worked for over sixty corporations with excellent references. My technical education includes attending C.C.N.Y. in New York City for Industrial Engineering, Colorado University, for Mechanical Engineering, and Chicago Technical Institute for Design Drawing. In addition I graduated from a four-year curriculum in basic Aeronautical Aviation Theory.
